| Description | Mostly needed to retrieve fees about coins used to pay. In fact, the merchant should check if the total deposit fee relative to the coins used by the wallet is below the limit he imposed. A coin's deposit fee is also useul to verify the signature on a deposit confirmation. | ||||

Note that this is done 'internally' by libtalermint, so really this is about switching to that existing C API. |

Added a few commits before c8011ae..d0871c3. Practically, 'TALER_MINT_connect' gets called at init. time, and an event callback to "pump" data gotten from the network has been added. |
