DescriptionFR and DE langs must also be fine for PoS users in the Swiss context; doing this on the fly now, too, after 0011420:

- Check if complete, if not, complete strings
- Check for typos
- Check if existing (complete, typo-free) translations are correct, in principle
- Check for uncommon phrasing or words (in context: PoS)
- Check for inconsistent word usage; unify
