Done. Thank you for reporting, pliski! The broken link has been successfully rectified, the new link is redirecting to the developers' page on https://docs.taler.net/taler-developer-manual.html. The superfluous link to the PDF version of the same page has been erased as the PDF can be generated directly from the said Taler developers page.
