Summary	0005746: history query with ranges needs testing
Description	The "taler bank" plugin got extended with a method to ask bank's histories based on dates ranges ("taler_bank_get_history_range()"). However, this method was never called by the auditor, or any other testing artifact. Therefore, testing is needed for it.
Additional Information	The feature was now removed, so I do not think we still need to test it ;-).
