| Summary | 0005106: Check signature in /refund testcase | ||||
| Description | Right now, (multi-coins) /refund testcase checks that the total refund amount has been covered and that each refund portion is only taken from coins used in the expected payment. Merchant signature needs to be checked as well. | ||||

This issue makes little sense. Because of the random way the backend spreads the refund amount among the coins, the testcase has NO WAY to associate a coin X to a refund amout Y. This makes impossible for the testcase to locally reconstruct a likely response and then match it against the one got from the backend. A not-cool workaround could be to reconstruct all the possible responses and then see if the backend response matches one among those, but this sounds quite wasteful ... |
