DescriptionDjango has a settings mechanism, but right now settings are in multiple places in the code (e.g. conf.py in addition to settings.py).

It seems already done. Just be aware that the old config.py.in has a @currencyfinal@ token to let one do ./configure --with-currency=LUDOS which
defaulted to PUDOS. settings.py doesn't have that now..

While the settings are not exactly in one place, we now have:

- project-level settings.py file
- the general GNUnet-style Taler configuration, which is read by the settings.py file
