I've fixed a few cases where one term was used inaccurately in 3d04687..3938ad4, but I don't think you meant those. Mostly, "deposit permission" is the message we are sending, as the content demonstrates to the exchange that we have the permission (of the owner) to deposit the coin. When we send a deposit permission, the API creates a deposit request. Deposit request refers to the HTTP request of sending a deposit permission to the HTTP server. The deposit request is of course closely tied to the deposit permission that is transmitted in the deposit request. So both terms are closely related, but not interchangeable. I've re-read the C HEADER file and there they are used consistently. If you were referring to documentation elsehwere, please point out which one. |
