Summary0004336: freshly installed bank defaults to PUDOS
DescriptionAfter doing a fresh install following the instructions, my bank has the PUDOS currency. It would be better if the user was asked to supply the desired name of the currency (i.e. as an argument) somewhere in INSTALL (i.e. when the database is created/initialized).

from 901741e the option --with-currency=FOO should do that. It defaults to PUDOS. Recall that on production sites the policy 'KUDOS for "demo"' and 'PUDOS for "test"' still applies. The explicit currency takes effect only on "local" installations.
