DescriptionAfter staring taler-bank-wsgi and visiting http://localhost:8000/, I don't get a page. Instead, it prints an error message to the console:

that's kind-of expected because taler-bank-wsgi starts
the service for the wsgi protocol, not http. In other
words, taler-bank-wsgi is just useful when launching the
bank to be accessed via nginx. What you need for local http
work is taler-bank-manage --bareserver (but you don't get
the SSI things this way)
