Summary0004243: informative message for 'internal error' types
DescriptionFor example, inform the user that is running a bank with no initialized db.
Right now, if a user tries to register and there is no 'Bank' account, it crashes.

There might be more uncaught exceptions of this kind..

All db exceptions should be managed by some try-catch
mechanism; also there is now the mean to give informative
messages when returning a 500
