Summary0004212: "show details" shows hashes, fails to summarize during withdraw
DescriptionWhen withdrawing coins from the bank, "show details" shows a table which is
(1) somewhat ugly in style to begin with, and
(2) shows the cryptographic hashes (hide that stuff!), and
(3) fails to aggregate: if we withdraw multiple coins of the same type,
    we should show the number in a column "# coins", and not a new row
    for each coin with identical information.
