Summary	0004073: wallet database schema must be revised
Description	The database schema for the wallet is not documented right now (AFAIK), and it looks like it has a few issues and isn't complete. The current schema is overnormalized (see e.g. fee_refresh_table). Some of the values probably shouldn't be stored in plaintext (blinding stuff / private keys), to allow using a passphrase. The python wallet already defines a database scheme that does not have these issues, but might be a bit outdated.
