| Description | The merchant fails to get a certificate to the wallet when is run on taler.net but works fine locally. Possible causes: - cron doesn't get the right sources - the script fails to build the merchant - nginx needs some extra care (as it was locally) - nginx not pointed to the right sources | ||||

toy.taler.net had no pecl_php installed. Debian package 'php5-pecl-http' didn't work, as decribed in 0003940. So a manual install (as suggested in 0003940 as well) of pecl_http fixed the issue. NOTE: after a successful installation, double check if any installed module, namely 'raphf', 'propro', and 'pecl_http', has got some '.ini' in '/etc/php5/mods-available'. If so, check also whether '/etc/php5/fpm/conf.d' and '/etc/php5/cli/conf.d' have a symbolic link to each required module's '.ini'. If not, run 'php5enmod x' for each module 'x' which is missing that link, assuming that the module's '.ini' is named 'x.ini'. If some module doesn't get its '.ini', it sufficies to create a 'x.ini' carrying the line 'extension=y.so' and put it under '/etc/php5/mods-available'. Note: the 'y' for 'raphf' and 'propro' is the same as the module's name, whereas for 'pecl_http' the 'y' is just 'http'. A restart to the service 'php5-fpm' is also needed, in order to make it read the new configuration. |
