Summary	0003983: Contract returned also in case of failure
Description	"POST /contract" doesn't return any error in case of a malformed contract. In particular, the contract has a "trans_id" field which is a primary key on the merchant's DB. When sending multiple times the same contract (having therefore the same "trans_id" value), the merchand httpd (backend) doesn't inform the client of any error.
