Summary0002833: GNUNET_TESTBED_test_run() should have a timeout parameter
DescriptionGNUNET_TESTBED_test_run() should take a timeout value after which the TestMaster callback should be called. This is needed as there is no other way for programs using GNUNET_TESTBED_test_run() to exit in-case testbed start-up takes forever.

Maybe make it an option from the configuration instead, with a 'sane' default value? I'm not sure passing yet another argument everywhere is lots of fun, and most of the time even thinking about the timeout is useless. A 5 minute default should cover 99% of the use-cases, and the rest should be fine via configuration-override.
