Analysis: Peers were connected for ~47 Minutes Higher layers send preference values for this peer Peer disconnects and transport tries to reconnect Addresses are destroyed in ATS due to unsuccessful attempts -> So peer is already removed in ATS while transport did not notify upper layers |
