A hostlist daemon configured to advertise his hostlist now sends hostlist advertisements to every peer that connects to him.

To use this feature, you have to add the "-a" to OPTIONS in the hostlist section of your config file. This only makes sense if run a hostlist server having set the "-p" option to provide a hostlist.
