Summary0011199: Config option for support contacts needed
DescriptionAn operator of a self-provisioning site (from what we know, besides my.taler-ops.ch, we also have taler.pot.ch already; and for testing, but still: taler.hacktivism.ch), should be warned about not having defined a support contact.

For now, at least for my.taler-ops.ch this is bad: customers with issues are not offered any way to seek help. This can be seen as related to 0011198.

At least, the "mailto:" URI should be supported, but also "tel:" (and other contact URI schemes) can make sense.

Additional InformationOf course, this needs to render some sort of link at any appropriate place (when setting up an instance, when resetting a password, when there's any kind of error etc.) and I would suggest even in general, like as in a footer of the backoffice SPA, which we need anyways for the website to look modern.
