Summary | 0009968: Support listing accounts that did NOT trigger onboarding in AML SPA
Description | Manuela explained that even for accounts/users that remained below the onboarding threshold we MUST have a way to list them in the SPA and show the associated transactions (withdrawals, deposits, p2p transfers) to *show* that they remained below the thresholds ("no flying blind", she said). So we need to extend the exchange APIs to return basically "all" wire_targets and to have a way in the AML SPA to request and render the respective interactions/transactions of those wallets/accounts, even if we have no "full" KYC for them.
