| Description | That allows us to configure the AML programs via the normal exchange configuration (and not environment variables). Configuring AML programs via environment variables is absolutely horrible, as it makes reproducing runs of them much more difficult. At the same time, it doesn't impact performance like shelling out to `taler-exchange-config` would. | ||||

I am not sure I agree with this. Plus you do not even say HOW the AML programs should receive the configuration values from the exchange, except "not via env". |
