Summary0009833: Android wallet immediately shows error message in withdrawal when only one exchange is unavailable
DescriptionWhen one exchange is unavailable (can be simulated with the dev experiment), the wallet doesn't even allow selecting a different exchange from the action button dialogue for withdrawal.
