Summary | 0009795: enabe login with username and password
Description | We should have the SPA ask for 'username' (= instance) and 'password', instead of requiring the user to enter /instances/$USERNAME and asking for a 'token'. If the user goes to '/instances/$FOO', we should still do the same, but simply pre-fill the username field with '$FOO' (establishing backwards-compatibility with instructions previously given to Netzbon merchants!).
