Well, I don't quite see non-technical users setting up webhooks (unless they are blindly following a script), and if we don't use the technical terms from the HTTP spec for HTTP methods for webhooks (what else would we even use?!?) I think the technical users won't be able to do it either ;-).
Same for the OTP devices: here again the OTP device will come with an algorithm in its manual, and if you don't have that, this entire feature is useless for you.
So I don't think we can use less technical terms here. What we MAY be able to do is add more explainers and/or link to more documentation on the choices.
If you do have specific suggestions for the text(s), please make them, but as-is I don't think this report is actionable. |
