| Description | 1) The texts do not match the VQF form. You cannot abbreviate the text on these forms. The customer is making a legally binding declaration, and the letter of the English matches. Not only did you add English mistakes ("managin director"), but by abbreviating the text you made it *wrong*. 2) Some of the form fields show up without any labels, just "*". Very bad. As with a previous one, please pre-fill the date and remove HH:mm:ss. | ||||
