| Description | Our fetches are much more efficient than before because we only fetch available files, but they are less resilient in the event of a bank server shutdown or action by other clients that can reset the availability status. We need to perform checkpoint retrievals once a day, using a start date of the last successful checkpoint that retrieves all supported files, to make sure we never miss anything. We'll have a CHECKPOINT_TIME_OF_DAY configuration. | ||||
