Summary	0009280: When adding a new order, impossible to validate
Description	When I want to add a new order (using an existing item or not). I can not validate. There is no error message, the validate button remains unactive.
Steps To Reproduce	In the Sandbox for the merchant backend https://backend.demo.taler.net/instances/sandbox/ Token : sandbox Add a new order. Try to validate.
