Summary | 0009198: when setting up an x-taler-bank-account, only warn about domain names without a dot
Description | Currently the merchant backend SPA doesn't allow adding an x-taler-bank account where the hostname is something like "localhost". While this is not something that users typically want, for testing and odd setups, it might be better to allow such a name (and just warn, maybe an orange mesage, not error), as the backend allows it as well.
