Summary | 0009095: exchange doesn't check OPERATION_TYPE=MERGE kyc rule when creating a pre-merged reserve
Description | When merging a reserve (p2p push credit), everything works fine (we get the 451). However, when creating a pre-merged reserve (p2p pull credit), the exchange doesn't ask for KYC.
Steps To Reproduce | $ taler-harness run-integrationtests kyc-peer-pull Expected behavior: Finishes successfully Current behavior: Blocks while waiting for the p2p-pull-credit transaction to go into the "pending(merge-kyc)" state.
