The wallet has such a script in contrib/bump-taler-version.mjs, the merchant (and ideally also the exchange) should have a similar script. |

The script has been pushed to contrib/bump-taler-version.sh in commit 7c386bab211dbd475bbfbeb746642b75d6425a9d and it only requires the target version as an argument. |
