Summary | 0008923: allow retrying after scanning (peer-push-credit) QR code
Description | When scanning a (peer-push-credit) QR code and the `check*` wallet-core call fails, the user needs to re-scan the QR code. That doesn't quite work when the other user already ran away and there's no way to scan the QR code anymore. There should be an option to retry based on the UI, because there is no wallet-core transaction for the QR code yet.
