Summary0008834: merchant backend should be able to generate PoS config JSON from inventory
DescriptionThis also requires adding PoS category info on the inventory item.

Still unclear how we'll model this (i.e. whether the categories will be a first class concept in the backend).

e2354ce6..0ce49789 fixes a bug with the construction of the category list. Probably should test one more time!
