if we want this for 9.4 we need to extend the protocol to return the payto:// of the cashout when getting cashout details https://docs.taler.net/core/api-corebank.html#get--accounts-$USERNAME-cashouts-$CASHOUT_ID |

We've now seen several banks reject or complain if the receiver name is wrong, so this actually is critical. |
