Summary | 0008561: Create welcome package for NetzBon merchants also usable for Taler Operations onboarding
Description | Target groups: I. eNetzbon core team - Needs terms of service (that match technical reality) - Needs very simple technical setup (Sandstorm too complex) - Needs technical support when things go wrong - Needs setup help (=> discover UX issues) - Ensure netzbon has for each merchant: * IBAN * phone number (SMS) or e-mail address for 2-FA * Name (for slug/username) - should be without spaces, no capitalized words * Number of branch offices / physical locations (for # separate QR codes) II. MERCHANTS: 1. Existing interested merchants - Needs to be told how to get their setup working - boss (QR codes printed) - Needs to be told how use the setup - employee (payment steps) - Needs to explain to their customers how to pay (leaflet, poster?) - Needs to be explained about PoS terminal setup (manual support for setup) - Needs to be explained P2P solution with wallet => Welcome package - Netzbon specifics: * Netzbon vs. eNetzbon legal comparisson (by netzbon people, NOT by us) * merchant NETZBON bank quick intro (cash-out + figure out IBAN) <= requires demo; TUESDAY * netzbon exchange QR code to add initial exchange to wallet (taler://exchange/e.netzbon.ch/$KEY) * 2x Netzbon Terms of service for printing & signing * include return envelope - Taler sticker - Individual: * Credentials (merchant back office / netzbon bank) * 5x static QR codes "ready to go", custom per merchant (sticker? laminated?) - taler://template/backend.netzbon.ch/instances/$MERCHANT/$LOCATION?amount=NETZBON => Ask stickma.de about price, 5x 100 different QR codes <= MW - Leaflet for the merchant on Taler for merchants -- in inkscape * setup choices - overview and detailed step-by-step for each solution: QR code (otp option), Wallet2Wallet (install steps, adding exchange, invoicing, depositing), PoS (installation, configuration survey, activation) * merchant backend quick intro (overview of orders) Pages: marketing.git/welcome-package/ filenames "1-title", "2-overview", ... Monserat font?, 12pt? 1) Title page (link to https://taler.net/) <= MW 2) overview of the 3 main choices, possibly link to e-commerce choices (Joomla/WooCommerce/etc.) <=MW 3) QR code (included) step-by-step guide (scan, customer enters amount, clicks confirm, shows) <= SK 4) P2P step-by-step (install, add exchange; reference to external QR code included in package) <= MW 5) P2P step-by-step (invoice; have on device; deposit into bank account) <= MW 6) Point of sale (HW requirements, installation of app, configuration of app, usage of app) 7) Point of sale configuration survey (categories, products, prices) 8) contact information for questions <= MW => pages 7/8 can be ripped out and send back to us (possibly with signed ToS) ---> by thursday 1st draft in Git 2. Existing merchants we would like to prioritize for strategic reasons - Strategic ones: Supermarket (volume), Markthalle (30 entities, multipliers), Bookshop (tricky) => EB/MW/SK need to be able to explain/demo merchant backend in-person // also collect needs, UX issues, etc. (setup and communication) 3. Existing uninterested merchants that will be difficult to migrate - Those with integrated accounting needs that are not willing to have separate eNetzbon accounting system 4. New merchants (interested in eNetzbon specifically - e-commerce) - Needs to use supported system: WooCommerce, Joomla!, Pretix (concert tickets, event tickets, etc.) => Identify concert places, theater, opera; figure out ticketing system in use! => Find venues via local news papers III. CLIENTS: 1. Existing clients 2. New clients Local Venues (Pretix) Online local merchants ?
