This is finally working! I also added an extra Share button.

The "Open in banking app" button opens a sheet that allows the user to select an app that handles `payto://` URIs, whereas the "Share" button opens a sharing sheet that allows the user to share the URI as text or copy it to the clipboard.

Now implemented in dev/ivan-avalos/master.
