Summary | 0008496: TAN codes should have a 1-2 letter prefix to easily identify them
Description | This makes it less likely to confuse them with the phone number. We could use something like "T-" or "TA-" as the prefix.

I looked at other SMS messages and they often looked like this: "0000 is your SERVICE verification code". For automated installation it could be "0000 is your verification code for GNU Taler setup" and for libeufin-bank it could be "0000 is your bank verification code". We could make it nicer by adding the bank name if we add this to the libeufin-bank configuration. We can also add a T- prefix like Google does, but then we need to have a user interface that can remove that prefix as we should expect the user to type it. |
