Description`anastasis-www.git` requires a CI pipeline which should test that the pages build successfully.

The CI jobs will simply be copied from `taler-ops-www.git`

CI implemented but when running `./configure` the build-system checks for an older version of python3 and bails out. the taler-build-scripts dir is out of sync with taler-ops-www and taler-systems-www
