> we should disable the feature by removing/hiding the "edit" button on the exchange in the withdraw dialog -> adding a setting to hide, hidden by default moving exchange management to settings, also hidden by default when on, will show: * add exchange * remove exchange * purge exchange * status * refresh keys * tos * scope status * toggle gobal scope |

Note that on 'manual withdraw', the "add exchange" button *also* is very broken. So that should then probably also be removed (or fixed). |
