I have already started documenting the use of Telesign in the bank's manual with a link to the product page and a link to the documentation explaining how to obtain the customer ID and api keys: https://docs.taler.net/libeufin/bank-manual.html#sms-tan-channel. The problem is that the automated installation manual (https://docs.taler.net/libeufin/regional-automated-manual.html#running-the-guided-configuration) doesn't clearly indicate what Telesign does. So we have to either put a link or document it in two places. |

I generally prefer links over de-duplication, as long as they don't confuse the user to do many more steps than what is indicated. So just to explain what it does, such a link seems fine. |
