Summary	0008394: withdraw KYC check not handled nicely after passing [estimate: 4h]
Description	First, the transaction remained in "KYC required" state, even after I finished the KYC (no long-polling?). I pressed refresh, then got a huge 451 error message. The KYC required then went away, but the error message persisted even though the withdrawal actually completed!
