| Description | This issue shall track getting notifications configured correctly for all current CI pipelines. The plan, developed in discussions with Grothoff, is to use email addresses for each project which will be aliases for project maintainers and other developers who should receive notifications about failed builds. The aliases are maintained manually. The buildbot should NOT email based on commit author, and only email the alias. | ||||

That seems fine, if we can *additionally* e-mail the author of the commit that caused the failure, that might be a nice option to have for certain repositories. But initially, just e-mailing the alias seems enough. |
