Summary | 0008037: qtart doesn't report certain sqlite3 error messages properly
Description | For example, when doing sqlite3_reset fails (which we *usually* expect to work!), we don't properly report the error message. We just throw an exception instead, which is unhelpful in finding the cause of the issue.
