| Description | If the refund request fails because the deposit request did not arrive *yet*, the refresh will *also* fail if the refresh arrives after the deposit request is finally handled. To resolve this, refresh groups should learn the ability to try to a refund request once if the refresh on that particular coin fails. | ||||
