| Description | The libeufin-{nexus,sandcastle} Debian packages ask additional questions (hostname, password) about the database that the taler-merchant Debian package does NOT ask. Likely some 'default' option is missing that causes these additional questions to be asked. Ideally, we like _zero_ questions to be asked, but surely we should be able to get the libeufin-packages to ask only the 1 interactive question that the taler-merchant package asks. | ||||

The packaging should use suggestions from DD40 for the database configuration. Furthermore, we should validate that libeufin now supports unix domain socket connections for the database. |

In my side, as you can see in : https://git.taler.net/deployment.git/commit/?h=dev/javier-sepulveda/netzbon-tls&id=991311908ed14c5e3afc7cb50f4d22f65f42005a The only thing I can do in my side , is to add to the install_packages.sh file https://git.taler.net/deployment.git/tree/netzbon/install_packages.sh?h=dev/javier-sepulveda/netzbon-tls LiNE 69 is to add "export DEBIAN_FRONTEND=noninteractive", to avoid the script to prompt to the user some additional blue screens. As this problem is at package level, probably to fix this, someone else needs to make certain programming changes to the specific package, and recompile it. |

I've removed dbconfig support as per DD40 from libeufin, so the questions should now be gone. |
