Summary | 0007677: consider having a recovery mode for the wallet
Description | Original suggestion by Sebastian in 0007609. For me, the reason to have a recovery mode is that instead of the wallet saying "oops, I can't start" and the user not being able to do *anything*, we allow the user some very limited functionality (such as exporting the DB and error diagnostics). Or maybe first doing some export and then deleting offending records, etc.
