| Description | Right now, the annual account_fee is unused, and it is not possible to create a payment pull request without paying the purse fee, simply because nothing ever "increases" the purse quota for a reserve. This should probably be looked into also in the context of the KYC integration (who pays for KYC?) and the reserve expiration / explicit reserve closure discussion. | ||||
