972e909..1c5fa02 attempts to add a test to trigger the reported behavior -- alas for now the test just passes. Needs more, eh, testing ;-). |

2021641..7d425da extends the test. Two more minor issues were found and fixed in the exchange as a result. While the original problem was not reproduced, it is also conceivable that the already-resolved issues contributed to it happening. Hence resolving. |
