Well, it shouldn't fail but block on refresh (and stay in 'pending', possibly more details on WHAT it is pending on via observability events). |

We have separate tests now for different types of transactions where funds are locked temporarily behind a refresh: They are named "wallet-blocked-$TXTYPE" and part of the taler-harness integration test suite. |
