Summary0006407: Move logs to appropriate location
Descriptionnexus and sandbox log everything to /tmp/nexus.log and /tmp/sandbox.log. Instead, they should log to STDOUT and/or give some command line option to specify to which file logs should be saved.

3c50e81 implements a "--log-file" option for nexus and sandbox where users can pass the
path to the wanted logfile. If such option is not given, then only stdout will show logs.
