Summary0006402: handle disrupted EBICS transactions
DescriptionWe should either explicitly cancel such a transaction or re-try if the EBICS host supports this feature.

Currently we might run into waiting for a timeout (for re-doing the same order type) until the bank cancels the active transaction.

This problem is partially solved in 8190, we close the transaction correctly when there is a diisruption. I'm leaving this problem open as we can improve the behavior in the event of network/transport problems.
