| Description | At this time, anyone (world) can register an account at weblate.taler.net. This could be a problem. Options: 1 - Weblate plays well with akismet: https://docs.weblate.org/en/latest/admin/optionals.html?highlight=spam#spam-protection 2 - Manual-registration only 3 - World registration but Manual approval? (not sure if supported, but probably) Note: default access level is low, and can not create new projects. That requires superuser intervention. | ||||

I think sending data to third parties like Akismet is not compatible with our privacy stance. Let's see if we get substantial amounts of spam, and *then* would prefer option (3). |
